I tweaked my lower back. Crap. This sucks.
Yes it’s not the end of the world, but it did shut down my workout. I tried to stretch and keep going, but my body wasn’t having it.
Now my back hurts. It will probably throw the rest of my week off a bit.
This is my trivial example of life not going quite as planned.
Live and learn I guess.
